consent, a Families Resource Specialist will help you find
resources you may need.

voluntarily agree to participate in Healthy Families, a
Family Support Specialist will assist you in caring for your
baby.

convenience, your Family Support Specialist will visit you
each week in your home.
What is a Family Support
Specialist?

individual who is trained to listen and help you with
questions and problems you may have.

questions and stress that every parent has.

Your Family Support Specialist

Talk to your doctor, nurse, WIC
office, Health Department or call Healthy Families at 773-2897
before your baby arrives or as soon after the birth of your baby
as possible.
